(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, the Commission may provide for the use of electronic equipment in any or all local level elections for the purpose of voting.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the electors at the local level where the Commission has provided for the use of electronic devices shall use electronic devices while voting.
(3) The procedure for using electronic equipment shall be as determined by the Commission.
